    Hi Katie

Good to hear that you are OK and enjoy your pie - savoury or sweet hun?

Erm, huh? Sorry dipping into here while trying to catch up with the Discussions thread in case there is anything there for the Comping Guide & just caught your comment. Ask who about which win or did you mean to say someone else? :o
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out

It's a handheld electronic toy & he says it doesn't do what it's supposed to do, you press to move one way but it moves another etc. Having had a quick look online cheapest I can see is around £25 which I simply don't have. I don't see how dropping a KIDS toy can make it stop working like this unless it was faulty to start with, I would certainly be trying to get money back where I bought it from if it was mine & it went like that within a few days. It says on Argos age 5 upwards so surely it should be a bit more durable? I don't like the parent anyway, like I said we've had trouble in the past with the family & it's one of those you avoid where you can. I didn't know he knew where we lived so am horrified he came banging on the door like that all guns blazing so to speak :(
Just reading trhough from lASTNIGHT aRGOS should take it back withought anything anyway, I,m sure I read that on here somewhee:cool:

  • DH left to go up to his Grandma's house with his Mum (my MIL), to check post, cancel milk that sort of thing then going to the hospital. There is talk of moving her to intensive care if no improvement soon, kids not allowed on the ward she's on don't know about IC if she ends up in there so now got DD really upset again, LO crying cos her sis is crying & just sat here waiting for news.

MIL has asked if we want to meet them afterwards in town for tea but no money at the moment so I've told DH to invite her down here, don't know what I've got in but will find something to go round LOL How long does a whole chicken take to defrost? I know I've got one in freezer.

DD got eye test booked for on Monday, usually I pay for a 2nd pair but I really can't afford to this time so I've told her to pick one really nice pair (she'll get them free with being a child). We've still got one pair 'missing' in the house somewhere from last time.

Got some puzzles down for LO to play, hoping to keep the kids occupied might take mind of things hopefully. Wonder what posty will bring today?
2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please
