God I hate these infections, they just don't go away until they've managed to force people into paying for something. It makes me want to locate them and fly out there myself to give them a piece of my mind (or more likely my trusty 2 iron).
The way I neutralise them is to find out what it is, find its core program file and either delete it or rename it. It's easier to deal with the consequences when the program isnt fighting your every move.
Could you perhaps grab a screen shot of this thing so we can see what your dealing with?
"Prt Scr" > open your imaging software or even paint and paste "ctrl+v"“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Hi AlienRik
Sorry not been able to get on for a while.
Ok I have done what you said, managed to run Combofix, it did come up with a box saying there was something it couldnt treat and tried to debug it, then it logged me out and rebooted and now I cant get on anything, not even internet. Had to come on safe mode to be able to put this on.
Does it need stripping down and starting again do you think?0 -
Not sure. if it works ok in safe mode then it should be fixable
Im gonna need a bit of a think on this one but meanwhile goto C drive and COMBOFIX.TXT
Post the WHOLE log here:idea:0 -
Ok running the scan but it has come up with an error message
error code 722 (0,93) and should report it to the malware team
It's been reported.
Go back into Safe Mode with Networking. Start Malwarebytes' AntiMalware, go to the Update tab and choose 'Check for Updates'.
Once completed, run the Full Scan. Once complete, choose 'Remove Selected' and then Reboot into Normal Mode. Run the Malwarebytes' AntiMalware Full Scan again.
