anyone heard of planetnumbers -cheap mobile calls to international numbers

I registered with this company after reading about them on the internet, I bought £5 credit from them and dial their landline (within my minutes) and used them to ring spain on my mobile, absolutely brilliant no problems at all spke for 40 mins for next to nothing . Next time I used it I couldn't get through it cut me off during dialling the number, tryed three times and nothing. I have tryed to find then on 'saynoto0870.com' and the company doesn't get recognised, it's supposed to be based in Bristol.Now I'm thinking have I been had and paid £5 for one call.
ANYONE out there use them?

The last time i looked at them it was being run by a guy in the New Forest. Why not use someone like 18185 where you dont pay in advance.
