Oh dear. I have only just managed to find my list of goals from last Sunday. So here goes. They were/I said:
"This will be tough. I have time off this week with OH to celebrate my birthday so not spending money will be nigh on impossible. Damage limitation springs to mind! OK here goes:
1. Do not use tumble dryer more than once. Didn't use once!
2. When going to cinema do not buy massively overpriced popcorn or cola. Failed. Damn. I bought a small cola for £2 as I forgot to take my own.
3. Try & find things to do Friday & Saturday which are cheap (<£10) or free. OK for the Saturday...but Friday? :rotfl: Spent loads more. Failed!
4. Plan a meal for w/c 9.4.06 which includes tin of green lentils! (See OS board!!) Nope, failed. I forgot in the rush to get a menu sorted before rushing out to do the shopping.
5. List a pair of cords on EBAY on Friday with their free gallery day. Failed. Was too busy out spending far too much money.
What a rubbish week I had.
I think my only goals this week are:
Do not spend any money unless it is on essential food or bus fare or posting a birthday card (I need to do that...).
Do not use tumble dryer more than once.
Get some early nights.Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly
