3. Stick to meals planned for the week - Achieved
4. Wk 4 no smoking - WOOHOO achieved
5. List 5 items on Ebay or Amazon - not achieved and no time to do it today

were my success stories last week:
Last week I aimed to :
1. Phone the receivers of my ex employers to find out what the score is
2. Change my mum's electricity/gas
3. Formally make a claim for the refund of the bank charges hubby has paid.
4. Make sandwiches for the son and myself all week
5. Have 3 no spend days.
and
here are the results:
1) I did phone them and the guy I've been speaking to indicated I should have the money back by the end of the week....guess what - no sign of it! But on the other hand I did get my £100 from Barclays that I'd been told I wouldn't get until the end of April!
2) Didn't manage to do this as she kept me busy with other daughterly duties!
3) Did do this....ok it was last night when I finally got around to doing it but I managed it before Sunday!
4) Run out of sandwich filling for me on friday so didn't bother but managed to do it for my son all week and me for the other 4 days
5) Think I managed this !
Goals for this week:
1) Phone/write to the receivers YET AGAIN to chase this money
2) Change mum's gas/electricity
3) Spend as little as possible this week - bearing in mind its Bank Holiday weekend2014 Target;

5. Go out for a walk on at least 2 days - managed 1
6. Continue with taking lunch to work on at least 3 days - yep

This is the first time I've posted on this thread so hopefully I'll manage all my goals
1. Get DD hair cut
2. Learn words for Wednesday
3. Spend no more than £23 on Wednesday (including donations, meal/drinks, raffle tickets and petrol) - if it happens I'll be surprised.
4. Make cakes to take to friend's place on Friday (instead of buying expensive biscuits)
5. Buy 5 Easter eggs for < £10
6. Start to sort out credit file
7. Plan the weeks dinners to prevent chippie etc0 -
I've noticed a lot of Easter Egg related goals this week - just thought I'd pass on that Sainsburys has medium size eggs (ie egg and two standard size choc bars - I bought Cadburys Caramel ones) at £1.49 each or £3.50 for 3. In the end I crumbled and didn't get Fairtrade or even have the patience to do another circuit of all the supermarkets to cross-check, but £3.50 was cheaper than I expected to pay - I'd heard of 3 for £4 and 3 for £5 deals in other places. Hope this might be helpful for someone.Do I Need One Stops All Unnecessary Reckless Spending£2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:0

My goals for last week were:
1. Reduce my sky package. Done, down to £15 per month, they didn't offer the £7.50 though tried. Feel like cancelling it altogether now, but watch sky one a lot.
2. Put loose change in credit union account.Done, put £2.50 in this week
3. Post 3 items on ebay.Didn't post on ebay, but put 2 items on Amazon, 1 has sold already
4. Have 1 no spend day.Didn't manage this one
This week, I will try for the following:
1. Look into NTL, or alternative to Sky that has Sky One and Nickelodeon for less than £15 per month.
2. Put more loose change in credit union account.
3. Collect Avon money and put my commission into newly opened Cahoot savings account
4. Spend as little as possible with the boys being off for the easter holidays.
