T-mobile - problems with upgrade
At the end of May I contacted t-mobile to cancel a contract on flex 25 that had about a month to run. At the time I was told I could upgrade to a G1 on combi 35 with free internet included for £25 a month. I agreed to this and asked for a text message to be sent comfirming my new monthly total of £25 which was done. I have now received my first bill which shows I'm being charged £25 a month plus another £5 for internet access. I have spoken twice to customer services; the first time they said they would apply a credit of £5 each month. The second time, they deny that this was agreed, but what was only what I asked for. They then basically said tough, you've got to pay it.
Where do I stand now? I was adamant that I only wanted to pay £25 a month, but T-mobile aren't budging . . . Any ideas?
