This company gives great rates for calling abroad. It all sounds too good. The quality is excellent and reliable. The problem is that you can't top up easily. The web site has Auto Topup, but it doesn't work. I have tried standard online topup with Amex, Visa and Mastercard and all fail. My Visa debit was accepted. They took the money and failed to add the credit to my account. Customer Services are rude and when told of the failings of their web site simply reply with "That's OK".
Don't be caught out. While the phones are good the service isn't and it's very time consuming to try to get your money back once they have taken it.
