You should get an email like this:

We can confirm that your card details have been verified. Your ScreenSelect account has been activated and we are now working to rush you your first DVDs.

If you log in and go to your home page you'll see a message in bold red writing if its not verified yet.

I waited and waited to be verified and in the end entered my credit card details (instead of debit card originally) and that did the trick

I got the first 2 Dvd's mailed to me this morning (not my top choices and kind of old discs). I'm wondering whether to take another 2 Dvd's (I would be up to 4 at that point ) or quit now.

Anyone else planning on cancelling at 4 ?

probably because they have a few thousand people signing up in the space of a few days and have to go through each one to make sure they aren't multiple sign-ups etc.
