I had this problem too, with my debit card. They were a bit slow emailing back and simply said that my card must have been declined for some reason (which I know it shouldn't have been). I entered my credit card details instead and it was verified very quickly, dvds on their way to me :j

Maybe worth entering some different card details if you have another?

I have subscribed, process was smooth enough, I received dvdsnext day!!!!!!!!!!! I havnt received a gift token yet though? I may wait a while before I cancel, they dont want money till may!! I might as well take advantage of the free trial? 'll have square eyes!!!!!!!!

one thing i don't get about the dvd.co.uk website is that it also "recommends" amazon (who are selling the same goods) i.e.:

Thats because they get cashback for the purchase. For instance, if they dont have a product in stock its better to get some money rather than nothing. As for the link you said, i dont know why, i would only place that if they item was out of stock.
