Snags - sounds like Mr Sunday is going well.... watching a DVD indeed?! who you trying to kid... can you even remember anything that happenned in the film! lol!
:D I think I saw some of the opening credits.....

Just got back from a weird run, did 2 laps of the reservoir, so 5k in total. My first lap was appalling, set off too fast because I felt full of energy, and by halfway round, I couldn't breathe at all. Had to stop 4 times to take my inhaler and completed the lap in 20.5 minutes!

Then I got into my stride, my breathing improved, and I did the second 2.5k in 15.5 minutes. :j

My target is to get twice round in 30 minutes, so if I could pace myself better, I think I would be getting pretty close, based on the second lap time.

I have somehow agreed to do a half marathon next year, and the Harewood 10k in October (think I mentioned it earlier, or maybe yesterday but I'm too lazy to read back :o).

I know I have run 10k a couple of times now, but this is a quote from the website:
The course is mostly made up of gravel tracks and tarmac roads, with approx. 1km run on grass. This is a hilly and challenging course.
