As for the "do you need to be glam for the school run" comment, yes, you do. If that's what you want to do, yes. If you want to go around like a council estate chav waynetta type, then that's fine too. Different strokes and all that.
I know where I prefer to be.....[/QUOTE]
I think this comment is incredibly rude and has clearly come from a niave and shallow person! In reference to your comment of "council estate chav" I am very offended.. we happen to live in a council house, in a very nice area, we both work and are certainly not a "waynetta type" as you so kindly put.
Is there really any need for you to write disrespectful comments on a thread about a pair of shoes?? (a very good find by the way.. have ordered some :-))
How people choose to dress is up to them, and if they decide to spend an hour in the mornings interacting with their kids rather than getting glammed up for the likes of judgemental people like you! Then good for them!
Sorry to everyone else who may read this,I just think the comment was uncalled!

i think the original comment was out of order. i apologise for mentioning council estate, i see that is a stereotype and chavs can come from any estate, and any background.
the arrogance of the post about "glamour" and "school run" not going together really annoyed me. Your suggestion that I do not interact with my children because I choose to dress nicely is a bit stupid too. I work for a living because I believe you should work to pay for your life. I get up an hour before my children so I can get ready for work, before I wake them. I then spend the next hour and half having breakfast with my family and interacting as a family until we go to school. looking nice does not mean that I am a bad mother. it means I am organised and able to fit everything in. its called preparation. now, if you, or anyone else has anything else they would like to throw at me, please private message me. don't bore everyone on this BARGAIN forum with your silly comments.
