Just as well - she has very little money to take with her  I am sure she will be fine though.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Llama! Thats a lot of fun to read at this time of the morning, glad you're so chipper.

Hypno, its striking that they're throwing credit at you now, when they've been turning their noses up at you forever....... give them what for!

Mystery shopping isn't too bad round here - but I spent half an hour printing one out yesterday, for today, notes on it, I rang them a few days ago cos thats what they said to do, and they've deallocated me, apparently I didn't book the time in - my mouse is a bit weird, and obviously when I pressed the link, it didn't take. I'm really, really peeved about it. Huh! Still got 2 to do, but that would've been a good'un. :( **KC stomps off to sulk**

Shhhh!!! No it's not...it's only just been xmas I swear. ;)

It's mad that thing about them now throwing credit at you. I had next directory on the phone the other night, increasing my credit limit and offering me a store card. That'll be right... That's the only debt I've managed to clear completely!

So.....new barclayloan all accepted. Just waiting for the money to appear in the current account today.

When it came down to it, they had to do it over 30 months not 24 (not sure why, but I don't intend it to run that long anyway so it doesn't matter) but it does mean my monthly repayments are £100 smaller than my "old" barclayloan, and STILL over a slightly shorter term

In fact, the total amount payable under the "new" loan, is less than the settlement figure for the "old" loan, once I have deducted the bit of savings from the debt pot that I am using to clear the balance.

My total minimum payments for debt will stand at £413 per month.

So, whichever way I look at it, it is a big improvement!

The cheque for the Halifax loan is all ready to hand back to them without charge or penalty for cancellation.

    Oh happy days :D
