    Sorry your feeling in pain Shaun. I ache still from surfing on Sunday but that is self-inflicted!.

    Glad to hear about your payrise Hypno.

    Have started new get fit regime yesterday having put on weight over summer whilst not well and not being able to swim. DD went to dentist yesterday but nothing to pay there as still in full time education.

    Off to work shortly, its a non pupil day so time to get straight with everything (hahahaha!!)

    Phew Hypno thats late..

    I did the bleach & spray gun thing today.
    Unfortunatly my cheepie spray gun was sot for spraying.
    So endeded up taking spay bit off & pouring it out in big blops on the weeds.
    I hate the smell of bleech.Gah.
