Wow, there's a lot here! Hypno, so sorry to hear you've got a cold now, thats rotten - my ex-flu is still dragging on, just doing absolutely nothing. It *is* me that still has money left from the old £20 tho - £5 on wine in France, and £4.25 on chocolate (in the last week!) so I've still spent less than half. It sounds like I'm doing really well, but I really don't have many spends anyway, and of course I've been ill for s*dding ages....

Congrats to DD! That sounds absolutely great - I wish I was a sewing machine wiz. And massive congrats to you too, you're below £25k now!!!! Thats wonderful.

:j Congratulations on getting sub £25K. That's still a lot of money to pay back of course, but I really admire the balance you've created within your family to pay this back whilst still having a life.

I hope you can take the pressure off yourself a little bit now that finances are becoming a bit more manageable (jobs permitting) - I agree with Shaun that taking 30 minutes a day for relaxation/meditation for yourself sounds just what you need. This is what your website helps people to do - could you not practice what you preach?

I think this is half my problem - I know exactly what I should be doing......I just don't do it. It is the same with the housework etc.....half an hour a day.........:whistle:

You sound like me in the "I now what I should do ......... I just don;t do it" and look where I've ended up this year!!!

Anyway hope the cold clears soon - we are going to Newmarket races next Saturday - I save £2 coins through the year and that pays for it all.

Off to do something exicting with more plums form the garden!!!
