As you say Hypno could have been worse if the tax & MOT hadent been done so every cloud does indeed have a silver lining :)

I know I shouldn't but I am chuckling a little......and am impressed that whilst on crutches you were even considering going down steep stairs at the circus! When I was on crutches for nigh on 6 months, just the thought of stairs brought my out in a cold sweat!

Happy holidays Hypno and family - and ouch to the fine :( Do you have a girl racer personalised numberplate or something? I thought they were generally just all the same?!?

I do have a personalised number plate, but it is not a girl racer one. I was even sensible and asked a traffic policeman how it should be spaced so I didn't get into bother

Apparently, if I get stopped again, I could lose the ownership of the number which seems bit harsh. If we weren't in a recession, I would consider selling it......it is worth a bit, and it would save me worrying about it being lost forever.

Something to think about over the next few weeks.....

I'm not that fussed about having one TBH, but I keep it as a bit of an investment. I bought it with my dad's inheritance as something that would hopefully go up in value, but almost as soon as I got it, I didn't really want it

That's why I feel so narked about having the fine really, I suppose - it is not as though the number is my pride and joy, although people assume it is!
