Hi did you get any messages when your phone was turned on because I had a contract from o2 and you can go on line ones you have received the messages they have the passwords in them. I hope this helps youn.
You can check your balance of calls maid and texts and you can check your bills to0 -

as you have purchased from cpw, you can check your account online at https://www.mycarphonewarehouse.com just register and it will show your account, bear in mind it is delayed figures so like a day or two behind.ummm...0

4444 payg........... just keep pressing no.2 after the prompts i think you have to press it approx 3 times till you get to your final one it 2nd tells you your balance then on the next prompt it asks if you wanna top up if its no. 2 press it ,that should tell you your remaining txts and wap, then just disconnect:cool:0

yes I believe it does as I fell for that at first - its pointless anyway as you end up being even more delated and then had to call em to switch me back to paper invoicing for my cashback claim.
The way to find out (and I'm afraid it is never up to date - usually delayed 72 hrs on average) is to call the customer services number from your handset and choose the appropriate option 2 then 1 I think after that.
PS FYI, Carphone warehouse run their own customer service on behalf of O2 so you have a slightly different looking bill than if you were with O2 direct.0
