Louis vuitton bag fake/real

OK this morning I went to my treasure chest of a charity shop and got my self a louis vuitton handbag for only 25 pence. Not sure if this is real or fake. The stitiching is very good and the metal zip tab has LV as does then one inside the inner zip inside the bag, There is a leather made in france label. It has a black handle and a canvas dark grey /light grey material approx 12" by 12" either way for 25p I am happy but would be great to maybe sell. Does anyone know if I could sell this anywhere apart from ebay .

Charity shop workers rarely miss a trick, so I'd bet that it's probably a market stall fake...but you never know.
You'd need to find a retailer of genuine goods and ask them to give it a once over, maybe even in writing to cover yourself against future claims. We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -
Is your charity shop a national one? Those places aren't daft - if it's worth a lot they won't let it sell for 25p.
So assuming it's fake... as you seem to be? There's nowhere you can legitimately sell it. So my advice is... enjoy it, but don't try taking it through an airport! My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
No the charity shop I go it a small independant one.I also got a new coast skirt for only £1.50 also today . They charge really cheap whatever comes to their head and you can even haggle.0

I found this guide (written by an eBay user) quite useful to determine whether a designer bag is real or not - it gives some good pointers as regards Louis Vuitton and what to look for in their products (eg the shiny glazed red side of the bag handles). I own 2 LV wallets, one fake and one genuine, and the guide was spot on.0

I am an honourable MSE'r just looking for advice no need to be so judgmental in your unwarranted response.
I think you're being a bit touchy for no reason.
If I was being judgmental I'd have told you to burn it.
I have made a perfectly reasonable suggestion, based on the strong vibe I got from your OP that you think it's fake.My TV is broken!

Ahhh, i've re read this, and Fay, its looks like you are calling the OP fake, not the bag.
OP, Fay is trying to say she is assuming the bag is fake, and you are too (as you seem to be)2 angels in heaven :A0 -
have you got a picture of it? Im a avid louis vuitton collector I would happily have a look to give you my op0
