in Water bills
Hi Guys
I have recieved a letter about outstanding water rates and informed that it has been passed onto a dept recieving company called Alexander james & co. I have called them anjd offered to pay £50 a month and they said that they cannot accept that offer and need an entire breakdown of my ins and outs. Now I feel that £50 per month is a good offer and do not want to give a jumped up little S*** all my personal details.
Can they really ask for this info? and now that they have annoyed me, whats the minimum that I can now offer to pay and get away with?
Cheers
John

Depends on the size of the debt > They can ask for a breakdown of your incomes and outgoings if the amount you asked to pay is not enough to cover the bill. You don't have to give them that info though. They will just continue to chase the debt until something is worked out.There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
So they break the hearts of kith and kin, and roam the world at will.
