Oh, I wrapped lots of the xmas presents which were under my bed last night and they are now safely tucked away at the back of the understair cupboard where my child will never look, because all there is in there is the ironing, the hoover, and my books.....nothing of any interest to him

And, I bought the christmas cards I need to buy. I bought the bits I need to make the ones Im making......

A few more things off my list :D

    Xmas Saver!
sorry to ask again... I am totally confused about the wii...
amazon sells Nintendo Wii Console (Includes Wii Sports) + Wii Fit Bundle - UK PAL Version for 269.99

and play.com sells Nintendo Wii Console including Wii Sports + Wii Fit (includes Wii Balance Board) for 219.00 and the game my ds want is the wii fit

am I missing something here about amazon being cheaper? or is the two bundles completely different?

    Hi

Gone and had a look again at your package on Play.com

    Play.com
    wii consule
    wii sports
    wiifit inc balance board
    wii remote

    THAT PACKAGE £219.00

AMAZON - DOES THIS AS BUYING THE ITEMS SINGULARY
    wii consule
    wii sports
    wii fit inc balance board
    wii controller (inc with wii)

basically the same - £199.00 (already saved £20.00 compared to Play.com)

    or
Amazon again (but used wii bundle offer)
    wii consule
    wii sports
    wii resort
    wii controller
    + 2 free games £180.00

Buy the wii fit with the balance board inc £60.00

THAT WOULD TAKE YOU TO £240.00
Ok its £20 more than the original offer you picked on Play.com, but you do have 2 games (if you choose the dearest they would be £60.00)

Hope I haven't confused you, just thought if I do it side by side as they say, you can see what you get or don't get.

Based on those 3 choices I'd go for the 3rd (Amazon), I know its £20 more but you do get two games, (you get a choice of about 10 games) x

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
All my cello arrived today, bows and ribbon packaged excellently and arrived in double quick time. The rolls of ribbon were much bigger and wider than I expected, hoping to work out how to pull the bows into their correct shape too! Think now the gold items are too bulky for my pots of gold - I haven't bought the glasses yet for these so I had better upgrade them to larger ones to use the bows and ribbon!

Also my allspice berries arrived ready for my chutney making at the weekend which I am looking forward to doing. Make one Sat and one Sun!

Really need to update my present lists and see what I have bought and what is left to get and complete the dreaded OH present, which I need to finish and make his birthday card too.

Next task then - craft stock inventory and update present lists then another 2 tasks to tick off my list!

And of course the emergency presents of choccys and wine which probably won't be needed and I can have them!

If its any help upto a week ago I knew nothing about wii's either, all these lovely ladies on here have been directing with suggestions. I'm the same as you its for dds xmas prezzie.

Thou after the last few days I keep checking, rechecking, overpanicing.

I would go for the last Amazon, as they way to look at it, ok its £20 dearer, but if you brought the games - Mario Kart is £30, soon payed for itself.

I've got extras on top of the package, so we can all join in. (If I'm paying that much I want a go!!).

    Steering wheels - Argos

Nunchunk (like a handheld control) - use them for sports games etc (apologies can't remember which lovely lady explained thier use) £5.00 off ebay

Extra controls - they add the costs up, but as one of the other ladies suggested some come with games, or price up on Amazon / Argos.

I honeslty feel my age, all this technology at a young age! x
