Nokia 6280

I want to update my phone and in the process change from Vodaphone to O2 as the majority of my family whom I will be contacting are with O2. I fancied the Nokia 6280 or 6270 but having surfed the net I can't find a deal which gives a large number of texts.
My daughter is away at university and texting is the most convenient way bar emailing to keep in contact. Can anyone point me in the direction of a website where I can get more texts than calls in the package. I don't mind if it's a contract or prepay although a free phone would be very nice.

Keep an eye on the www.02.co.uk and go to shop or give them a call, i got my 6270 in january off them 200 mins and 500 texts for £30 and free phone, most of the online tariffs include 500 texts so if the mins are too high look at a lower tariff.

I have a nokia 6280 from three. 600 text messages and 75 minutes link for £20 a month.

Or if your interested they have 1000 texts and 100 minutes for £20 a month - student deal link you have to buy the Nokia 6280 for £50

Nokia 6280 is a great phone though, I have it!

get an O2 payg sim card offering 300 free texts per month for a £10 per month top-up.

The £10 is call-time.
