Seller hasnt used photo of actual item..what next?

The seller can't make you complete, and if it's a suspicious picture, and the seller didn't answer your email before the auction finished, and isn't answering your calls now, I'd email and tell them you're no longer interested. No offence, but I wouldn't have bid if they hadn't answered the question about the photo in the first place. There will always be another seller along in a minute.
