I have a Three contract that ahs just expired and I have tried calling their customer service, but can't get through. I've cancelled the Direct Debit, but want to send them a confirmation in writing. does anyone know what address to use?
Also, I have Vodafone mobile broadband contract that is about to expire, does anyone know the address to write to with them as well.
Thanks in advance.

Your contract has not 'expired', it has merely left the minimum term period. You must give 30 days termination notice to Three and ideally permit the DD to run for a further 30 days to allow for any other 'final' charges, prior to canceling it. You will now as a minimum owe them the cost of your next month, unless you already gave your 30 days notice during the previous billing period.
Telephone them pronto. The last thing you want is a DCA 3 years down the line hassling you for 2 months or more of a Three contract.Starting Debt: ~£20,000 01/01/2009. DFD: 20/11/2009 :j
