Insurance with Orange?
I broke the screen on my phone just after Christmas and I took out Insurance with Orange and they replaced the handset.
However I think I remember them telling me at the time I had to keep it for at least 4 months. Can I now cancel the insurance or will I need to keep it as I have claimed

Hi there, I work for Orange and might be able to help.
You are right, the Care product has a minimum term of four months. If you would like to cancel the product, please contact Customer Services and they will arrange this for you.
