i would tend to agree, she will prob not want a neg back as she has 100% fb , tell her she can return but you will not refund postage, when i have sold in the past i find when they realise this they decide to keep the item0
-
I would ignore the request for a refund and hope she forgets her request for a refund!Just about to give up!0

Right, i prob done the wrong thing and sent this:
Hi, Sorry you're not happy with your purchase of item: Yaky Pony 22 inch Colour: Off Black. Sure you can return it but as my listing and photo clearly stated the colour i will have to deduct the following:
Listing fee: 35p
FVF: 5p
Paypal fee: 30p
Leaving: 29p
Also i will not refund the postage and of course this will cost you extra to send back please let me know if you want to go ahead and i will send the money as soon as i receive the hair. I'm sure you understand. Thanks. Carrie'
I just had too and i really wanted to subtly say your fault not mine. Which i think i did. Lets hope she stuffs off

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me Carrie, she should have read the auction. If I was in her shoes and got that email, I think I'd just slink quietly away and hide my shame!
Just goes to show that it's always worth reading the WHOLE description... but then again...DFW Nerd no 239.....Last Personal Debt paid off Nov 2012!

should have read it don't give a refund. that is silly0

I also think that's a more than reasonable response. On the other hand, the buyer doesn't sound particularly reasonable! Be prepared to get an email back saying your description said it was off black, but it's actually black. I'm not sure of the difference myself, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's what she says.

I wouldn't be suprised either but there is no difference between black and off black and i could prove that if she went to paypal (i work in the hair industry). I haven't heard back fom her yet so fingers crossed
