Is it possible to get car hire without the use of a major credit card?
Were planning on going florida this year but my dad(who is going to be the driver) cannot get a credit card, and all car hires i looked at only accept credit cards for deposit...also the driver has to have it in his name also! So i couldnt get a credit card and use it.
Is there any car hire out there that does not require a deposit or at least a work-around?
Many thanks

As long as the OP is 25 or older, should be fine. Under 25s either can't rent cars or get gouged for the privilege, I can't remember which.0 -

A second driver shouldn't cost any more but I would check with the hire company.0
