    Your pic proves it ;)

    Penny. x

    PS - I can't imagine a more OS, or FL pic :T

    PPS well done to msgmoney!

Ditto what PEN said - I heard it on the radio Orkney and thought of you!
Congrats on the new job MSGMONEY and on the 2.1 Soappie's DiL

I now know I am on a shortlist of 8  for monday..

Bathroom done and kitchen too will post properly what I have done shortly but I just want to brag (if that's ok)
I mentionmed my sis was on a course that DS had turned up at - she has texted my Mum to say how well he behaved, how sensible he was and HOW PROUD she was of him *phew*
and I got that just after I found, and read, this

Hi (name of co-ordinator of work exp.)
I have to say what an utter pleasure it was to have the two boys on work experience this morning. They brough such a breath of fresh air to the training. They worked hard and were great fun. Please do thank them on my behalf. If all year 10 pupils were as keen and quick as those two teachers would be very lucky and very happy.

I cant remember who asked about claiming his childcare through the tax credits..... I do, but my hours at work went from 37 hours a week to 25 hours a week, so obviously I had to notify them of the change..... I still need the childcare, but obviously less for term time than in the holidays. But what they pay you is an average figure based on what you pay in total throughout the year, and of course the weeks I was receiving more money than I was paying out that week, I didnt keep any of that to pay for the more expensive weeks, cos when I was on a full time wage it wasnt a problem.....now Im on a part time wage, £120 a week will be a problem.

It doesnt help that the tax credits made a mistake, and Im currently getting less than what I should be and Im waiting for them to recitify it - which apparently they have......but Im waiting for the award notice to come through - that said, some money went into my account today! :j So Im hoping the problem has been solved.

But Im a worrier and I would like to have my own cash to be able to pay for it, rather than relying on them to get it right, on time! So I will keep my pennies for that - if I dont use the cash, I will pay it to my credit card anyway. And if I do have to use it in the mean time, I will use the TC money when that gets sorted for the credit card!

Hope that all makes sense! Im not quite with it today....

It was me that asked Jo. Yeah, that makes sense. I dont have child care costs, so didnt really think it through. Good news that you got some more money :D

Well done on getting the painting finished.

Congratulations to msgnomey and soappie's DIL
