Argos: Golf Trolley

Options
I bought a eletric golf trolley at Christmas 2008, the trolley had an electrical fault on it. Argos replaced this trolley with a second electrical trolley, this trolley has a frame fault on it i.e my golf clubs keeps falling because the golf trolley frame has seemed to colapse. I have spoken to Argos and asked for my money back as I have had two problems with this item which in my eyes are faulty goods they tell me it is in there policy that I must have another trolley but cannot have my money back until this thrid trolley my be deemed faulty, or my clubs might get damaged or I may get injured with this third trolley if it is deemed to be faulty in the future (Is it not better to be safe than sorry) do i have grounds for a full refund and refsuing the third trolley.

    mmm hard one

general advice from here would be to accept the third replacement then go for refund

fighting now would be a very long uphill battle

best take their offer and see how it goes IMHO
    Back by no demand whatsoever.

I stopped buying stuff from Argos more than a year ago after a succession of shoddy, often broken goods were bought from them. At first I just used to unpack whatever it was in the car before I left the car park so I could go straight back in with it.

Now I just don't bother buying from them at all.
