Dodgy Dongle

I bought a laptop and dongle on a monthly deal from CPW.
All's been great until this weekend. When I try to connect to the internet it says "device can not be found".
I've got it to work eventually..... but only if I hold the dongle in and up!!
Will CPW be able to give me a new dongle??
Anyone else had this problem??

Its most likely you have broken the USB port on your PC, does the dongle work OK in another port?That gum you like is coming back in style.0
