Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

I had an issue when I first signed up in August.
After being without bb connection for two weeks and the staff doing every woosh test, line test etc in the book. the problem was traced down to a faulty modem.
I complained bitterly and was eventually promised 2 months free BB as compensation.
I've since chased that "goodwill" gesture up twice and am told that it will take place during May and June of this year.
