Evening budgeteers
I have updated the first post welcome to all the newbies and the regulars alike.
Today my only spend was £2 on tissues as I have a horrendous cold but I think I am going to count this as part of the grocery budget. So no spends so far for me. This shows that when I am trying to watch what I eat, I spend less money as most of my spending is on food (how sad is that)

Hi All
Excellent start to the working week for me, a NSD!! Hoping to get at least four of these in this week, will definatey need some cash on Wed as work are taking us out for a meal, but I'll need to buy a drink, so diet coke it is! If I could get below £15 this week I'll be really chuffed!
Hope everyones week has started ok, keep up the thrifty spends!Debt free 11/05/11!
Savings £4000/ £3000 -
Hello,
I'm a bit late reporting back this week as I've been away for the weekend (and it was sunny too:D) - but that was on a seperate budget.
I'm green for last week - spent £9.89 out of £10. I was worried I wouldn't make it as I spent it all on Monday and had to really work to have 4 NSD in a row. I was cross with myself too as half of what I spent was on a nail buffer thing I don't need at all:mad:.
Thanks pointypenguin for helping to keep me (more than usual) on the straight and narrow of spending. Get better from your cold soon. And thanks everone else for continued inspiration:A.
I pledge £10 again for this week.0 -

Morning all!
I started yesterday with great intentions and then people kept finding things I needed to spend on!
£2.00 went on coffee fund at work. Starting that this week instead of using vending machine. £2 is for the month so should work out a LOT cheaper!
£1 gave to Mum for Tesco savings stamp
80p on squash for home.
Hopefully today will be a bit better. Need petrol but don't include that in this challenge. My main problem is frittering odd pounds away here and there so hoping thats what this challenge will stop me doing!:rotfl:

Good lord, I'm not doing too well this week, probably going to end up going for lunch tomorrow too! Will add it all up and see what's what tomorrow. Not going to include my ebay postage as the money is already in the bank for that.
