What a bunch of plebs you all are.
This website is about making sure people get a good deal, not about a few lonely people with too much time on their hands whinging about cars they did not even buy and others chipping in with apparant facts that are no where near correct to try and look like they know things when its quite obvious they have not got a brain.
For everyones information not from blackburn, do not work there either.
and to insult someone for where they come from is a form of discrimination
and should not be allowed on this site.
You all should grow up get lives and i suspect friends, or at a push some form of employment.
I know that may be alot to ask of inbred people like you but please try.
You could even make it part of your twelve step program, that i am sure you are on.0 -
THIS THREAD IS 9 MONTHS OLD ! - ignore it and it will slowly disappear. Yeah.0

I could understand if the laguna had been purchased comin on here complainin about it not gettin fixed
but to fabricate somethin doesn't sit right with me
I will be buying with norths motors
my brother in law already has
and they even sorted out the manufacturin fault with the renaults electronic displays which is not even anything to do with them
Renault were askin for payment so norths said you can't be expected to pay that we will pay it
and they did and his car is a cracking motor
shame people don't get their facts right before postin
All those everyday words he can't spell but can spell Renault Laguna perfectly.

To cut a long story short we test drove a car at Norths motors price £3500 and went back and offered £3300 cash. The salesman dismissed this out of hand and after a discussion with my partner we agreed to pay the asking price only to be informed there was a £95 "admin" fee as well!
I've never experienced a garage with an "admin" fee, the price on the car is surely what the car is for sale for. This put us off straight away not to mention the fact that there was no leeway for a cash buyer (I await the comments....). Hidden costs, and yes they may be stated on the website but we were customers in person, ring warning bells-draw your own conclusions.0 -

any garage that can sell a diesel lagurner gets my deepest respect0

Admin fees are just another way of wringing a few more quid out of you in 'rip-off Britain'.
A couple of years ago, we went to a caravan site in Dorset only to find an admin fee on top of the site fee quoted. They weren't very happy when we drove off to find another site."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
Stand by for a one off poster appearing to extol the virtues of North Motors Blackburn.0

I recently bought a 58 plate focus and was told i had a three month warranty on all major parts, i have just had the car serviced and been told that the front brake disks are badly warped, i have only had the car for 4 weeks and i had been told that the brakes had been done recently on the car, so i phoned north motors up and explained to them the serious problem and was told firstly the warranty was only for 21 days and secondly that break disks arent covered. I will not be using them again! how could you sell someone a car with safety issues???0

Did you not feel the brake pedal bouncing up and down like a space-hopper every time you used the brakes? If not then it's just as likely to be the place doing the servicing that's trying it on as it is the dealer0
