in my experience... they want your money and dont back on you returning for another car in the future.
they would prefer sign you off on the gold star'd warranty and off load it to them all the problems that you might encounter.
stay clear of people saying there is no margin in the car, if there was no margin, then he wouldnt be in business.
Or ask him to explain... Margin? being an accountant i'd know what to listen out for!!Plan

Well after readin these post I went to norths and I have to say that the original post about being told it wouldn't be fixed cannot be true I looked at a number of cars and any problems I saw with any of them I was assured would be sorted before I collected the vehicle aswell as receiving an excellent long warranty on a used car I might add
I could understand if the laguna had been purchased comin on here complainin about it not gettin fixed
but to fabricate somethin doesn't sit right with me
I will be buying with norths motors
my brother in law already has
and they even sorted out the manufacturin fault with the renaults electronic displays which is not even anything to do with them
Renault were askin for payment so norths said you can't be expected to pay that we will pay it
and they did and his car is a cracking motor
shame people don't get their facts right before postin0 -

It looks like anthony's alphabet contains a limited number of "g"s and capitals?
Although it could have something to do with the north Blackburn accent?0 -

It's nothing to do with his accent, he bought a new keyboard from PC World and the letter "G" was not working. PC World are a very good company and assured him they would service the faulty keyboard before he picked it up. He had looked at a number of keyboards at PC World and decided the one with the faulty key "G" was the best (There were other keyboards with problem for instance one had no space bar)
For the record he dealt with Peter and Graham at PC World0 -
did you really expect much from an Arfur Daly car lot and a car only worth £2.5k AND being a Renault??Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
