I need new broadband and a PDA - would BT Anywhere be a good choice?

Hi There
We're moving house shortly and won't be able to transfer the cable broadband we have with Virgin. As a result of a job change i'm also looking to buy my first mobile, for business purposes i'm looking for a Blackberry or PDA type device.
I notice that BT's top package includes a PDA device called a ToGo, i'm therefore wondering if it would be cost efficient to switch to BT lock stock and barrel for £30 a month, or would I be better off searching for the best broadband deal (i think Sky and TalkTalk are options for where we're moving to) and also searching for the best Blackberry deal?
Does anyone have one of these ToGo's, are they much kop? I notice you receive 50 minutes airtime a month, which is pretty paltry.
Any advice appreciated

Hi,
I think it depends on how 'business' you want to go... The BT ToGo phone is a 'not-so-popular' HTC phone, and it doesn't have 3G - which is a bit rubbish. It does have WiFi though on the plus side.. There is a review of the package and the phone here: http://www.chooseisp.co.uk/broadband-packages/bt-anywhere-with-bt-to-go.asp
Personally, I think the BT ToGo phone is a bit pants in comparison to something you could get, like a decent Blackberry with unlimited browsing on O2.
I have a Blackberry Bold and I love it - it's great for emails, social networking stuff, and browsing is included in most decent tariffs unlimited - due to the compression Blackberry uses. Also, if you go with O2 you can even pay an extra £25 a month and get unlimited browsing in Europe too (if you ever have to travel with business).
The only minor niggle of the Bold is the 2Mp camera.. but you can't have everything!0 -
Oh, I just had a thought... you should probably go with O2 home broadband if you're in their network area and then you save £4.89 a month off the package price if you have an O2 mobile phone.
It's the same as Be broadband so very very good.0 -
I think BT needs to drop the B from their name.0

I've got a HTC620 on BTBB to go, as standard you get 50 mins calls and 50 texts per month and 10Mb download, you can buy bundles to increase this or pay per text/minute if/when you go over....the 10Mb download sounds low, but if you are in a wifi hot spot you connect to that so browsing/emailing/downloading is free...somepeople have had big bills, presume downloading over gprs/gsm thinking they are connected to wifi, I've turned off GPRS.
The phone is only OK , there are much better handsets but BT only offer the HTC, if you dont turn off wifi ( when you are not using it) then although it comes with two batterys ( normal and high capacity) its forever on charge...the e mail bits good, it polls your email accounts and displays the 'header' you can then decide to download the email ( comes out of your 10meg )
Camera is only 1.3meg, overall I'm reasonably happy, but its not for those who want the phone as a 'lifestyle' accessory..couldnt comment
on the PDA bits as Ive only used the mobile browser0
