We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

well, that's OH and his son dropped off for their football presentation afternoon/evening get hammered session.
I really, really should get on and do some sorting of the research material I have for my assignment. I have a week left and although I could leave it for a few days, I now have my professional discussion this Monday instead of last and it's a good job it was moved because you have to bring along with you the progress on your assignment to help you answer some of the questions.
I feel it will be 15 minutes of me giving management bollox on equality and diversity :rotfl:"Stay Wonky":D

went down on Monday morning and did a bit of retail therapy Monday afternoon but didn't buy anything!:T
Barely slept on Monday night because of the heat, must have drunk litres of water while in the city and on the tube which was unbelievably hot.
Thank goodness for Fitflops! Walking round for 6 sweltering hours on Monday and my feet didn't even ache.
Tuesday conference was ok but after the afternoon break I sloped off back into House Of Fraser (Royal Council of Medicine, Wimpole St is right behind it) and made the mistake of going in the door that led into the handbag sale.
Well to say I was vicously attacked by a Radley handbag is an understatement! I barely made it out alive. I purchased said bag just to teach it a lesson :rolleyes:

My SIL has just rang me as she has one of those 20p's without the date on it. She wants me to sell it on Ebay for her.........I have just watched one sell for .........
