Ticketmaster MJ refund issue

I had the very same thing. I first rang Ticketmaster on Friday and the person I spoke to told me they couldn't confirm if my request had been processed because there was no one in from the relevant team. I could either call back on Monday or if I wanted they would submit a further request for me there and then....for which I'd have to wait my 21 days again !! Oh and according to the person I spoke to it's 21 WORKING DAYS. They obviously felt the need to ignore telling people that on the website or phone messages.

Anyway, I spoke to someone today who's confirmed they have my request and I should get my refund in the next couple of days. When asked why it's taking so long I got the whole 'High demand.....trying to get money back from the promoter' rubbish.

I got mine back a few weeks ago, no email, just noticed on my credit card. We have ordered a ticket though (DD so wanted one) and we'll see when that arrives.
