New house - water meter question

in Water bills
Hi people
I have recently moved into a house that has 2 water meters fitted and have received my first bill and to say its confusing would be an understatement. Is it usual to be billed for :-
water supply
water standing charge
used water
used water standing charge
measured drainage
And if so what is the difference between water supply and used water?
Any advice appreciated?

Hi,
This is a standard metered bill.
Water supply is for the clean water coming into the property, recorded through the meter.
The used water charge is for the removal and treatment of foul sewerage i.e toilet water, sink water etc. and is usually based on the meter readings
Measured drainage is for the removal and treatment of rainwater from the property. (Assuming you are with STW, this is based on your property type).0
