This sounds really stupid, but I can't any where to start a new thread. Really sorry about this!
My problem is, lately, after I start my PC, a message"You have performed an illegal operation, program will be shut down", when I clicked close, it doesn't shut down, but when I tried to connect online, I have problems in connecting with any websites. When I tried to shut down, then message " program is not responding due to busy..." . I have to switch off the main switch. This is getting very bad as I can't shut down properlymost of the times. Please help as I am also quite ignorant on computer. Thank you.

http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=29... just above all the threads, it says "Threads in Forum: Techie Stuff"... on top of that, it says "New Thread"... click that, write a title describing your problem or sumarising your problem in a few words and under "message", type in your issue or whatever you want to ask.

click this link if you still cant make the new thread:
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/newthread.html?do=newthread&f=29

you'l get more help if you make a new thread.
