Does anyone know if its possible to contact the Vodafone Outbound (retention ??) team, as they phoned me yesterday following a PAC Code request & offered me an acceptable deal. Unfortunately i got cut off.
I assumed they would ring me back, but heard nothing :confused: ... I now neither have a PAC code or someone who i can talk this offer thru with

Any help appreciated

Ahh, if its the pure outbound calling dept they have no inbound lines but the guys in CS will be able to email them to call you.
