Ryanair REFUND available for non EU/EEA citizens

Non EU/EEA nationals previously could not checkin on-line and Ryanair would charge non EU/EEA nationals for airport checkin when you were making your booking. This policy changed on 19/3/09. This is from Ryanairs website "From the 19/3/09 ALL passengers (bar exceptions below) will be able to check-in online". I cannot find this currently on their website but I did print it out when I pushed for my refund.
Simply put, if you booked before 19/3/09 (and paid a fee for check-in) and flew AFTER 19/3/09 then they owe you the money you paid to check-in.
This is from an email sent to me from Ryanair (after I sent 37 emails, one every day until I got a response)
"if your booking was made prior to the 19th of March 2009 it is necessary for you to forward a copy of your Passport to; Ryanair Customer Services Department, P.O. Box 11451, Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland or by fax on + 353 1 508 1702 in order that we may investigate your request for a refund of the airport check-in on the basis that you were unable to avail of Online Check-in by reason only of not being the holder of either a valid passport or a National Identity Card, issued by the government of an EU/EEA country.
Please also quote your booking confirmation number in all future correspondence.
Yours sincerely,
Ryanair Customer Services."
Note: you must provide them with your booking reference number!!
I received this emailfrom them today.
"Following your recent refund request for booking confirmation number X11XXX.
We confirm that your refund request has been processed back to the form of payment used to pay for your booking. Your issuing bank will take 5-7 working days to process this refund amount back to your account.
The amount refunded to your credit/debit card is GBP9.50
Yours sincerely
