Before you complete a booking with Ryanair it was always easy to see what it was costing you, and how it broke down, so I'm not really sure what the point of all this is! Apart from Ryanair bashing that is!

The OFT wants to create greater 'transparancy'?, but the german VZBV has taken ryanair to court and the judge decided, if we cannot pay via cash or another option chargefree, we should not pay any extra fees via internet/credit card booking.
We as a consumer are now forced to pay theses extra charges in GB, unless we get tricked into another account to obtain a visa electron card.
Read more on the VZBV incl public court order.

Lets introduce an online payment facility to our employers, where they can only pay us via credit card, and find a deal with a credit card company and make extra money on our income! Fair?
  • Yes but it would be also very nice if they adverts were clear as well, I always come away felling ripped off with ryanair and only use then as a last resort.
  • Has any body been refunded any claims from the cancellations due the volcano in april? I made a claim in May, I wrote to Raynair again in July and September still complete silence. Any advice from any body?
