yes it is a franchisee. and when they took over they were not interested in keeping it going really. so it will be interesting to find out what it's going to open up as. But those pda machines should go directly through to the bank and get processed. I have used my card in there and the money has gone through. so why has it just been my husbands card. very strange.

by the way hubby is banned from using card on small purchases.lol
