hamper made up of; 5 varieties of milka chocolate bars. 1 chocolate milka santa, 2 packets of jaffa cakes and 8 turkish delights. the hamper looks really good, im quite impressed by it! so thats all been wrapped and was given to her today.

father in law- sean long book, old spice aftershave, 2 x old spice deodrants, wilkinson sword razor with hair trimmer. hamper made up of liqorice.
then i went into thorntons to get the toffee to add to the hamper and they had some boxed hampers done for £10 so bought one of them instead. again wrapped and given to him

other nanna - 'nan' cup boxed have to get some hot choc sachets to go with this. also a pink cardigan shes asked for.
best friend i have £8 left to spend her. we have set a task of spending £10 each and buying at least 2 presents that are useful, thoughtful and really stupid! i will probaly ask you all for ideas 2moro as she goes on holiday for 3weeks and she wont be bothered to read back 3 weeks worth of posts to see what i buy her!

doesnt look that bad actually, im more organised than i thought i was! other than that its just a couple of things for the xmas eve hamper, nieces birthday and a little something extra for my mums bday.

    Wendyphant -

I did a quick search and found this site that sells Mrs Goggins hand puppets for around £4.
    http://www.toys-hobbies.co.uk/trolleyed/products/postman-pat-mrs-goggins-hand-puppet.htm

    Also found on Ebay -
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MRS-GOGGINS-FIGURE-moveable-joints-from-Postman-Pat_W0QQitemZ130339810068QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Toys_Games_TV_Film_Character_Toys_ET?hash=item1e58dbab14 - this is a 'moveable joints' Mrs Goggins, starting price 99p :) There are a few of them selling at various prices so you should have a good chance of getting one.

    Hope that helps ;)

I know this is going to make me sound like a child hating monster but am I really the only person that HATES getting photographs of other peoples children?:o Even with my own 3 children I don't have their pics plastered over the walls and surfaces - we have a 'gallery' area on the landing and we do have 20+ albums full of just them!

Please don't be offended, I just wondered that's all.

No, you're not the only one. My friend gave me a framed picture of her 2 boys one christmas & I was so worried my face gave away how horrified I was. Why on earth would I want photos of other peoples kids? I don't have my own because I don't like kids! And those horrible photo chistmas cards that the Americans seem to love- I'd rather not have a present at all if that's what you're going to give me. I know I sound horrible, but it makes me feel like my friends really don't know me at all.

Need to take down my halloween decs today. Still, not long before I can put the Christmas ones up and my house looks good again! :xmastree:
