Nah not really, it did hurt quite a bit when moving around for the first few days, but after that it was ok. I was told no driving for 6 weeks and no physical exercise for about the same. I went to work 4 days after and did a 3 hour set :o

I had it about 5 years ago, and obviously I've had another baby since then. I have to say the muscle repair (which was the reason I did it, not for skin) is still holding up on the lower belly, it's my upper belly which took the hit with this baby.

The thing was I was a little teeny size 6 when I had it done and even under clothes you could see the mess my tummy muscles were in, so I went and had them stitched together, they took about 2" of skin.

I'd love one, but mine would be more like 2 feet of skin :o

just spoke to Estate Agent woman...

she has given the other viewing an excuse, so i am only possible at the moment...

she gets cleaners in for monday/tuesday next week...

no response from owner re decreased rent yet, so she's emailed back and said for quick entry and securing the place i am willing to pay £550, which is what i told her....

TBH £550 is reasonable still, there is nothing else around that mark... this is the only 1 in the £500's........

trouble is i can't know for sure until probably monday/tuesday at the earliest....

Erin goes to her Grans on tuesday night til sat morning, so i hope i can do some moving of stuff while she is away... or is that likely to stress her out more? i dunno?

Fingers crossed you get the house Maz.

Can you not take Erin to have a look at the house, once you've explained what's going on?

    Hi everyone :)

Oh Maz - sending you positive thoughts hun. When you chat with Erin ask her if she'd rather be involved or not - she may find novelty in helping or she might prefer to see her stuff all set up in a new place...

    Hope everyone's well, esp Bookie...

Having a crap few days so a low profile for me. No sleep due to heat doesn't help. It's much cooler today so hope OH lets me sleep in tomorrow. The afternoon is stretching ahead...

Maz, I think she'll be fine with it all and sounds like the bonus will be that her dad might make more of an effort when they are spending time together. Maybe you could move the big stuff then she could be more involved with the little things like pics, cushions (girly stuff). Hope you get the house. x

No way!! There is no way on earth an estate agent would fob off a potential customer to do you a favour. They work on commission, so it would be like you telling your boss you'll work for free next month.

They let her down, that's why you are the only possible. Don't fall for it, estate agents are lying sh*ts, take it from me. Stick to your guns about the discount.

    And breathe... :o
