Funny you should say that N.I.D. , I tried to use my card for several hundred pounds and it was declined - so tried again and again declined - called B.O.I and they said there is no problem etc... that must have been the reason .
I think B.O.I card is quite hard to get and they score a little harshly - having said that I got one!0 -

Mate, where did yours decline? Next on-line (Next Flowers) declined it and so did LaRedoute - its to do with the Irish charging structure, i.e. imagine the problems the Irish have over here when they try and use Maestro - well now we know how they feel....
