Hi Guys!
Just doing my mealplan, so thought I would post a little earlier.
This week we are having:
Mon-Sausage Cassarole (Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms, Beans & Peas) & Jacket
Tues-Quiche, New Pots & Salad
Wed-Steak, Potatoe Au Gratin (sp), Corn On Cob & Peas
Thurs-Egg & Chips
Fri-HM Fishpie, Peas & Cabbage
Sat-BBQ (Frankfurters, Burgers), HM Coleslaw & Couscous
Sun-Chicken, Roasties, Stuffing, Yorkies, Carrots, Cabbage & Peas
We are using HG carrots, salad leaves and cabbage leaves:j:j
Have bought the Super 6 this week and all are brilliant. Vine Toms, New Pots (big bag), Nectarines, Bananas, Peppers x 3 and grapes are all 49p.
What are you all having?

I missed last weeks but still followed a plan although not aswell as when ive posted it lol. Well heres my plan off to do my shopping tomorrow as have hardly anything in, i have a feeling im going o be in for a shock when i hit the tills as ive run everything down so low, sorry im waffling now back to the plan.
saturday - hen do so takeaway:mad:
sunday - suppose to be at mil if not the its gammon, jacket pots and salad
monday - moroccan meatballs and herby cous cous
tuesday - boodles pie which im going to serve with a ploughmans
wednesday - paella
thursday - beans on toast only me eating
friday - spicy chicken and sweet potato bake with asian salad
thats my plan done

Hi all!
Still struggling after all these months to do one of these..
Ok.. it's starting on Saturday.
Saturday 4th - Corned beef quiche with salad from the garden
Sunday 5th - Roast belly pork, roast potatoes and broccolli, carrots and frozen sprouts
Monday 6th - Fish pie with prawns, coley, smoked mackerel and king size prawns with added onions and mushrooms served with broccolli.
Tuesday 7th - Friends down for a takeaway so Indian food!
Weds 8th - left over fish pie
Thursday 9th - Pasta and sauce quiche
Friday 10th - Fish cakes and crispy potatoes and beans
Fingers crossed I can stick to all that!!

Ok heres my first weekly meal plan post (lets hope i can stick to it)
MONDAY - Lunch - (at work) so HM sarnie
Dinner - mince and macaroni (mince done with red wine & thyme)
TUESDAY - Lunch - soup & sarnie (using up tins in cupboard)
Dinner - tuna & sweetcorn pasta (HM but take to work)
WEDNESDAY - Lunch - finish off tuna pasta
Dinner - Prawns, peas and potato stars (using up freezer odds)
THURSDAY - Lunch -
Dinner - At mum and dads
FRIDAY - Lunch at work (try and take sarnie or get lunch there approx 60p)
Dinner - Chicken curry, rice and naan (SC meals from freezer)
SATURDAY - Lunch BBQ (got friends visiting)
Dinner - either leftovers from BBQ or will be at mums
SUNDAY - Lunch at mums
Dinner at mums
Ok so just stuck for Thursday lunch. Will maybe make soup in SC if I remember or will have a frittata if I have any spare bits lurking in fridge.
Other than that I have kid friendly cakes to make for charity thing on Sunday (any suggestions greatly appreciated - all I can think of is crispy cakes)
Great week for using up all the freezer and cupboard bits ready to start cooking the next batchEmma :dance:

Friday - Boodle's Sausage Pie (kindly posted on last weeks thread) with Salad
Saturday - Mrs Macawbers Tomato Soup & Sandwiches

- Toast with HM Mixed Berry Jam/Rhubarb and Ginger Jam given as a pressie/HM Marmalade/Marmite
- Branflakes with Sultanas
- Porridge with Blueberries
All followed by a banana or banana smoothie
Lunches:
Friday: Salad of iceberg, spinach, sweetcorn and sun-dried tomatoes with organic mayo on the side and wholemeal granary bread, apple
(Saturday at parents', Sunday we have dinner then tea.)
Monday: Broad Bean Pate Sandwiches, apple
Tuesday: Mature Cheddar and Sun-dried Tomato Sandwiches, apple
Wednesday: Minestrone Soup and Bread, apple
Thursday: Crab Mayo and Roasted Red Pepper Sandwiches, apple
Dinners:
Thursday: Spaghetti Marinara with Salad
Friday: Dhal with Mixed Vegetable Pilau, Salad and chutney/pickle
Saturday: Beans on Toast for DD and DH, as I am meeting a friend for food and a drink or two.
Sunday: Chicken Casserole, Veg and HM Oven Chips. Followed by Lemon Mousse.
(TEA) Carrot Soup and Toast. Followed by Apple Caramel Shortcake.
Monday: Mediterranean Fish Cakes, HM Oven Chips and Salad
Tuesday: Minestrone Soup and Garlic Bread
Wednesday: Rogan Puffs with Potato Salad and Green Salad
Puds: Can be fruit, cheese, yoghurt, semolina, rice pud, vanilla/choc pud, or HM Lemon Ice Cream in Cornets.
Snacks: Can be fruit, crackers with marmite, celery, carrot, Apple Caramel Shortcake or HM OJ/Cherry Milk Ice Lollies.Love and compassion to all x0 -

Not doing too bad with these; only had one change to the plan last week (we went out on Fri instead, but had Salmon and pasta Sat, Sat's thai curry has been moved to another date in the month! - how organised am I...not!!!)
This weeks menu:
Thurs: Fishfinger sandwiches (went to the cinema - so not much time!)
Fri: Pasta with HM Tomato Sauce and leftover sandwich meat
Sat: Something from stores (OH is moving his mate back to Wolverhampton and I'm at a charity fundraiser during the day so fending for myself).
Sun: Eat at OH's parents
Mon: HM Spag Bol (from freezer)
Tues: Fish, Cous Cous and Salad
Wed: Lamb Chops, Roast Pots, Veg and Gravy & Mint Sauce (cooked by my other half as I'm at a fundraiser till late)

what recipe are you using for fish pie. have always wanted to make my own, but buying all the different fish put me off. then yesterday in tesco i saw pack saying mixed fish for fish pie which is a great idea but for the £2.99 was not sure they would be enough fish for a pie unless you padded it out with boiled eggs and it had no prawns in it?0 -
