Here is the plan I've just sketched out - haven't been to the shops for ages, but will go tomorrow.

    Saturday: pasta with courgette sauce
    Sunday: herring salad with apple
    Monday: spicy spinach soup
Tuesday: couscous-fish bake with peppers and aubergine
Wednesday: courgette and grilled pepper lasagne
Thursday: smoked chicken salad, herby baked polenta
    Friday: cantonese rice
Saturday: out on beekeepers' club excursion, meal provided
Sunday: pasta with salmon, peas and hollandaise sauce

    Good luck, everyone!

    Hi all,

Hope you are having a good weekend. Been doing reasonably well at sticking to meal plan (although OH has insisted on a BBQ on a couple of nice nights), so here is this weeks:

    Mon: Chicken Curry & Rice
    Tue: Prawn Yakisoba
Wed: Sirloin Steak, Mash & Diane Sauce
    Thu: Tuna Pasta Bake

Lunches will be sardine/prawn salads, salad rolls, leftover pasta bake.

    Take care.

Ok so the meal plan has gone a tiny bit out the window. My original was for soup and sarnie for yesterday lunch but I wasnt well on Monday night so ended up just having toast and the tuna pasta I was going to have last night just didnt appeal as I was still feeling queezy. Unfortunately I was starving by the time I got to work and ended up buying some dinner (only 80p - but 80p more than I should have spent!).
Anyways feeling better today so should be back on track.........
