Wrong, wrong, wrong, NPower bought out control of both companies in 2006.

Acting as a Tied Agent Telecom Plus must supply the invoices to residential customers in this fashion. If they were supplying businesses then they would have to supply them separately

Well according to Telecom Plus they invoice ALL their customers the same way, including business customers (telephone call recorded) I made specfic enquires about this and also know some business customers who shown me their invoices and they were done in the same way. They are now actually looking into the matter themselves.

If N-Power bought out Gas & Electric Plus explain this?

Also if N-Power had bought out Gas Plus and Electrcity Plus why would Telecom Plus issue "group" filings to Companies House?

You can also check out the licence supply details as well it shows the trasnfer to Electricity Plus Supply Ltd but no transfer to N-power.

I think what you might be confusing is the fact that they buy "power" from N-Power just as they re-sell "T-Mobile" and other mobile carriers under their name.

Businesses or not you cannot put three VAT numbers on one invoice. I suggest (with all due resepct that you call HMRC over this and they will confirm it to you.)

Either that if you want you can have copies of the telephone calls with HMRC over this.

go look up Innogy Holdings, RWE, Npower, wholly owned subsidiaries. If you want the full detailed reports from companies house, do what I do pay an annual subscription instead of copy pasting excerts from & read the bit where it says PREVIOUS NAMES. duh !

Telecom plus PLC, also known as The Utility Warehouse, sold its energy subsidiaries Gas Plus Supply Ltd and Electricity Plus Supply Ltd to npower in 2006. Telecom Plus manage all aspects of the energy customer relationship under the Utility Warehouse brand for these companies on behalf of npower including billing, customer service and metering.

Invoices with more than one rate of VAT must have multiple VAT codes with different VAT codes on each of the good lines.

I did exactly the same thing for 17years, that's why I KNOW the rules.
