    You may have to up your hours or get some temp work now - I'm a teacher and there is loads of work examining/working at summer schools/private tutoring.

    It may not be nice if you have a young child, but if needs must.....

    Sorry I wasnt clear, yes we both had these houses before we met and married. My situation became worse when my ex husband left. Although in the long run I guess these things happen for a reason.

    I have wine so will have one glass i think.
