Hi I know I have asked some folk on here before, but I am almost ready to get going with Broadband, I am choosing to use IDNet which have been A1 with customer service so far.
They have just increased their prices a little but has this still worn well will current customers, does the service out weight the price hike etc.
Any help would be great.

I would say great service. 2 Examples:
1 - I posted a question on the ADSLguide forums and an IDNet support guy from there called me up the answer it!
2 - I emailed an asked to be upgraded to the BTMAX service last friday, got a reply 12 minutes later and then was regraded on Monday.
Plus you can speak to support on an 0800 number.0
