easy jet check in problems

Have just wasted half hour trying to online check in with Easyjet. System crashed three times and now won't let me print off boarding passes.

Absolute madness.

There is no help whatsoever, or is there, does anyone have a contact email?

I had some trouble with Easyjet online checkin a few months ago - I called the customer service line (I used 01582 700036) and they told me that there are two ways to access online check-in and they work differently, so one may work when the other doesn't (this was true in my case).

I'm not sure if I remember this correctly but I think that one way was via the "Check in online" box towards the bottom of the home page, and the other was to click on the "My Easyjet" link at the top of the home page and view your bookings.

I would try both of these methods, then call customer services if you still have problems.
